Refund and Returns Policy

We really hope that you were happy with your gift and the quality of our products but if not, or if something arrived less than intact and not in working order here is the information you need to return your gift or purchase.

Returning unwanted and wholly undamaged goods

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a refund, providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it.

Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.

Unwanted items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original tags and packaging attached, exactly as received. 

Please email in advance of your intention to return a gift, so that our staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.  

Please make sure you return your order within a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned gifts are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.

We aim to issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving a return and the buyer will receive an email to confirm the refund has been issued. In the event of an exchange or credit note we will communicate with you via email to try to accommodate your preferred option.

Returning damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items

Should an item in your gift be damaged while it is being shipped to you, or if it is defective or has been incorrectly sent, Pea Green will exchange that particular item, subject to receiving photo evidence within 48hrs.

Please email in advance of your need to return an item in your gift, so that our staff can assist you with a smooth transaction. If necessary, we will arrange the method of pre-paid postage with you. We will do our very best to work with you to solve any issues and make you happy.
